Key Qualifications

Technical Aptitude
Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mobile devices, along with the ability to quickly learn collision repair processes, automotive terminology, and advanced vehicle technologies. Willingness to develop expertise in OEM diagnostic tools, factory software, and related systems is essential.

Analytical Thinking
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues in real time, and make informed, data-driven decisions. A natural curiosity and desire to continuously learn new technologies are highly valued.

Self-Management
Ability to work independently with a high level of discipline, initiative, and accountability. Consistently meets expectations without requiring close supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
